Dr. Joyce Lam
Dr. Joyce Lam, a respected dentist in San Jose, CA, has dedicated her career to fostering healthier communities through superior dental care. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, her academic journey took her to SUNY Stony Brook, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. An academic scholarship then paved the way to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry.
Since setting up her practice in 2011, Dr. Lam has become an integral part of the South Bay dental community. Her professional affiliations include the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), Santa Clara County Dental Society (SCCDS), and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), where she has earned a Mastership.
Dr. Lam embodies integrity and transparency, ensuring her patients are fully informed and comfortable throughout their dental journey. Always keen to incorporate technology into her work, she continuously explores innovative solutions to enhance her patients' experience and outcomes.
Beyond her local impact, she has lent her skills to humanitarian dental missions in Mexico, the Philippines, Guatemala, and Haiti. Outside of her practice, she shares her world with two beloved dogs, a German shepherd and a mini Australian shepherd, whose companionship she cherishes.
With proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Dr. Lam welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds to her practice in San Jose, where she's transforming smiles and reinforcing trust in dental care.
